Wednesday 30th June – Wednesday 21st July 10.30 am – 1.00 pm
Focusing is a form of deep listening and a process of learning to trust our inner wisdom – the sum of our cognitive and non-cognitive knowing.
It is a life skill, innate in all of us, that can be learnt and practised, offering a doorway to genuine self acceptance.
This course is the first step towards learning focusing and learning how to companion each other in a focusing way. We will have the opportunity to lay aside any pressure of getting it right and simply explore what happens when we deeply listen to ourselves and each other.
Cost: £100 or whatever you can reasonably afford.
The course will be facilitated by Bernie Heaney and will be held on Zoom
This is a pilot course under the supervision Kay Hoffmann.
