Here you will find information on Mindfulness, Shiatsu, Qi Gong and Focusing. I practise and teach Mindfulness, Focusing and Qi Gong. I also offer Shiatsu as a physical therapy.

The aim of all these practices is to help us connect with ourselves; to help us become still for long enough so that we can have the opportunity to see what’s really going on inside, when the surface chatter begins to subside a little. There is no getting it right or getting it wrong. In this rare space of no-judgement we can learn a lot about ourselves and make friends with ourselves.

I teach 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Courses (MBLC) and also facilitate bespoke Mindfulness training in various settings.  

With Shiatsu I offer a space where people can feel safe enough to allow their body to relax and come to stillness and even when there is discomfort, assist in unravelling the patterns of holding that tend to solidify aches and pains in patterns unique to each of us.

In the last week of each month I offer Shiatsu as a therapy in London and also offer treatments within the work environment to engender a healthy stress management approach.

More recently I have been spending most of my time in Wales and am developing my practice there.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, I have suspended all face-to-face and hands-on work and I am offering mindfulness and focusing training online.
